Ginger Fig Pancakes

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup almond meal

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1 1/2 cups milk

2 eggs

1/4 cup molasses

2 teaspoons butter, melted & cooled

1/2 cup chopped dried figs

1/2 cup chopped crystallized ginger

Mix together dry ingredients (minus dry fruit), add wet ingredients. Last- add ginger and figs. Butter the griddle and cook over a medium heat.
