What to do with my leftover Risotto?
Fried Risotto cakes. Makes me feel fat already. Can’t wait to get started. http://lepetitpierogi.blogspot.com/2009/03/fried-risotto-cakes.html I think I’ll Kosher them up w/ some matzo crumbs. If they’re pretty- I will photograph. Go Macro lens. Maybe I should speak in 3 word sentences from now on.

Last Night's Risotto
Home late but won’t settle for an instant dinner. Risotto it is- because it’s not pasta or noodles or stir fry over rice. Jasmine rice mixed with a long grain black wild rice.
